Group coaching is the perfect solution for those who enjoy a group dynamic where several people train and have fun together. Each session is led by one of our knowledgeable coaches who will scale (adapt) the workout based on your level so that you get a great workout every time.

Your session is always led by one of our trained, educated and certified coaches. They know how to keep you training safely and help you to progress to your goals.

Exercising alone can be difficult, and it can be tough just to get yourself to the gym. Group coaching sessions are exciting and fun. You’ll look forward to exercising.

Our carefully programmed, varied routines will challenge you appropriately in every session and you will improve consistently. Everyone around you will notice the positive changes.

12-Week Kickstart Program

IS IT TIME TO DO SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH & FITNESS?

Maybe you have been inactive for an extended period or nothing seems to work and you’re ready to try something new and effective. Our 12-week program is a great way to get ‘back into it’ and sets you up for long term success. Train 3 times a week, follow your personalized nutrition program and you can expect amazing results.

Our nutrition coach will set you with a simple, easy to follow but effective nutrition guide so that you experience long term, sustainable results.

What You Get

Our student members enjoy the same level of expert coaching and attention as our full/adult members at a reduced rate during our ‘off-peak’ times.

CrossFit Teens

GROUP COACHING FOR 12 to 17 YEAR OLDS

For ages 12 to 17 and designed specifically with teens in mind. This program develops physical ability, fitness and skills in an environment of community, accountability, teamwork and responsibility.

Each class gives teens time to focus on a harder skill or movement that either improves their coordination and balance or transfers over to more powerful lifts.

We keep the workouts challenging not just to make teens more fit, but also to give them a sense of accomplishment. Working hard to get that first pull-up or mastering a complex movement does amazing things for self-confidence. It also teaches teens how to have a positive attitude toward challenges.

CrossFit Kids

GROUP COACHING FOR 7 to 11 YEAR OLDS

The CrossFit Kids program emphasizes good movement through childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer injuries.

CrossFit kids not only develop better physical abilities but also improve self-confidence and social skills. The program prepares kids for sports by making them stronger, fitter and more coordinated. It also offers a healthy alternative for those not interested in competitive or traditional team sports.

PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP COACHING OPTIONS

1-on-1 Personal Coaching

DO YOU PREFER A MORE PERSONAL TRAINING EXPERIENCE AND HAVE SPECIFIC TRAINING NEEDS? 

Enjoy 1-on-1 attention for the full duration of the session and meet your specific goals as quickly as possible through a program tailored specifically for you.

Why 1-on-1 Personal Coaching?

During a personal coaching session the attention of the coach is solely on you and meeting your specific needs. Busy professionals and home executives often find it difficult to fit exercise in and this option allows you the flexibility to schedule training when it suits your schedule. With a program structured taking only your needs into account your coach can help you build towards any specific goals you may have.

BENEFITS

Train with your preferred trainer at a time that suits you. We’ll work around your schedule.

Work with your coach to set up specific, achievable targets. Based on your goals and needs your coach will plan so that you meet these as quickly and effectively as possible.

Small Group Private Coaching

DO YOU HAVE FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS OR COLLEAGUES WHO HAVE SIMILAR HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS TO YOURSELF?

In our small group coaching sessions, your coach will set each of you up based on your specific needs and you get to enjoy each other’s company and plenty of coach attention while working on your goals together.

Why Small Group Coaching?

This hybrid coaching option offers the camaraderie and fun aspects of a group session combined with a high level of personal attention. Enjoy personalized workouts tailored to your specific needs and goals with the added support of your like-minded training partners. This is a cost-effective alternative to 1-on-1 coaching without compromising quality meaning you’ll receive all the guidance and accountability you need to reach your objectives in a supportive environment.

BENEFITS

You and your partners get to train with your preferred trainer at a time that suits all of you. We’ll work out a schedule that makes it as easy as possible to get your sessions in.

Each participant will set up specific, achievable targets with your coach. Based on each person’s goals and needs your coach will plan so that you all meet these as quickly and effectively as possible.
