What is CrossFit?

  • At CrossFit Stellenbosch we follow a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program.

    That means we work on all aspects that contribute to overall, complete fitness by combining body weight exercises (gymnastics), metabolic training and weightlifting. The exercises, load and duration of training are constantly varied (seldom the same) which means you’ll become fitter and healthier and you’ll get into amazing shape too. It works for elite level athletes to improve sport specific performance and it will work for you too.

    The great thing about our program is that it can be scaled to accommodate any participant and any fitness level. It doesn’t matter how unfit you think you might be or when last you exercised. CrossFit training will make you better at life; you’ll reach your goals and your full potential too.
