Our kids training sessions have always been focused on having fun first and it’s no different with our online program. CrossFit Kids emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. We focus on the specific needs of this age group and sessions are always led by one of our qualified and competent coaches. 

Kids who associate fitness with fun tend to continue these types of pursuits for life.
