All new members follow our beginner program regardless of experience, ability or fitness level. During our introduction, beginner, and on-ramp program we assess your specific goals, expectations, and possible limitations so that you slot easily into our coaching program and experience maximum benefit and success.

For Group Coaching

Step 1 : 1-ON-1 Introduction

This, no obligation INTRO session with one of our coaches is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals and expectations and to assess your level and ability. We’ll also answer any questions you have regarding our program and address any misgivings you may have too.

Step 2 : On Ramp Coaching

During these 2, one hour long coaching sessions we’ll get you ready to join one of our programs. We focus on teaching you our fundamental movements and introduce you to our methods, culture and structures. The cost for these 2 On-Ramp sessions is R450.

Step 3 : Choose a Membership

Based on the information gathered during your Intro and On-Ramp sessions, we will recommend a suitable and effective membership option for you. Choosing the right option will set you up for success in reaching your health and fitness goals.

 

For Private Coaching

Step 1 : 1-ON-1 Introduction

This, no obligation INTRO session with one of our coaches is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals and expectations and to assess your level and ability. We’ll also answer any questions you have regarding our program and address any misgivings you may have too.

Step 2 : Personal Coaching Sessions

Those who opt for a personal coaching option will begin immediately starting with assessments with their private coach.
