CrossFit Group Training

CrossFit group training sessions are our core program and most popular adult training option. These highly effective sessions consist of high intensity workouts incorporating metabolic conditioning, weight training and bodyweight exercises.

This 2 week long Beginner Course is the first, important step when embarking on your health and fitness journey with us. Learn how to perform our fundamental (basic) movements safely and correctly. Offered as part of new memberships or as a stand alone option.

Our coaches are available for 1-on-1 personal training for those with very specific needs and who require a more tailored approach. This option also suits those who prefer a more flexible training schedule with 1-on-1 coaching.

6 Week Kick Start Program / Challenge

Do you need to start seriously working on your health and fitness? This program (challenge) includes exercise and nutrition guidance. All memberships can be taken out on a month to month basis and can be cancelled at any time by giving notice. The best rate we offer is payable by debit order only and discount is applied based on the length of commitment. We have student semester and month to month options too. Kids and teens pay per session or by purchasing a session package in advance

Our aim is for every member to improve, even if it’s just in some small way each time they attended a training session.
