CrossFit Stellenbosch is an official CrossFit Kids affiliate. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

For kids ages 7 to 12, CrossFit Kids training develops physical abilities, social skills and self-confidence. This program prepares kids for sports by making them fitter and more coordinated, and also provides an alternative for kids who are not interested in competitive sports or traditional team sports.

The above information applies to kids coaching for 7 to 10 years olds as well as our kids 'gap' sessions for 11 and 12 year olds. Ages quoted are only a guide. Kids are assigned a particular class based on movement ability, concentration and other factors.
