Welcome to our Beginners course

Our On-Ramp program is the first step for any new member who wants to join our adult group CrossFit training sessions. It consists of 2 personal or small group training sessions in week 1 which serve as an introduction to our basic or fundamental exercises as well as other movements that appear regularly in our training. 

This is certainly not enough time to perfect or even remember all the points of performance but rest assured that you will still be coached and be given personal attention in every session thereafter. 

In week 2 you get to put into practice some of the things you’ve learnt by joining 3 of our regular training sessions. This gives you insight into what typical training sessions consist of and you’ll get to know our other coaches, our community and culture.

Don’t worry, we know you’ll still be new and our coaches will ease you into it safely and efficiently..

What can you expect?

  • 5 Training Sessions over 2 weeks

  • 2 One Hour Small Group Fundamentals Classes

  • 3 Group CrossFit Training Sessions



This 2 week program costs R695 once off as a stand alone option or when beginning a month to month membership. It is included free on our extended membership options.
