  • TAKE THE FIRST STEP

    Starting a new training program can be daunting especially if you’ve been inactive for a while. At CrossFit Stellenbosch we make the process easy by taking your level of fitness and experience into account.

    Our CrossFit beginners follow a basic, 2 week On-Ramp course. This consists of 2, one hour long, ‘coaching only’ sessions in week one followed by 3 sessions from the regular schedule in week 2. You’ll meet your coaches and fellow members, become familiar with our fundamental (basic) movements and you’ll get to experience typical training sessions too. We’d love to help you to reach your health and fitness goals and by the end of the first 2 weeks you’ll be able to make an informed decision regarding your future with us.

    Each new On-Ramp course is available for a maximum of 4 new attendees only each week. It can be purchased as a ‘stand alone’ course at R495 for adults and R445 for full time students (5 sessions over 2 weeks) or can be included as part of your first month when joining on any 6 or 12 month membership option.
